Meet Dr. Milli
Mildred J. Santorufo, DO, is a board-certified family practice physician with more than 20 years of experience.
She received her bachelor's degree in biology from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida, followed by a master’s degree in biomedical science from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida. Dr. Santorufo received her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Broward County, Florida, in 2000. She then completed her internship and residency in family medicine at Broward General Medical Center. Following her residency training, she and her husband moved to Tennessee, where they established a medical practice before moving to Georgia six years later.
Dr. Santorufo is certified in family practice and osteopathic manipulative medicine by the AOA Board of Family Physicians and affiliated with Northside Hospital Atlanta.
As a primary care and concierge physician at Dr. Milli’s Medical Wellness Center in Kennesaw, Georgia, Dr. Santorufo prides herself on being extremely thorough, asking a lot of questions, and really listening to her patients. This allows her the ability to find the underlying cause of symptoms instead of simply masking them with medications. Rest assured that your underlying condition will be treated effectively and quickly.
A firm believer in preventive care and an advocate of screenings, Dr. Santorufo takes the time to gather a thorough history and conduct a more detailed physical in an effort to find potential issues before they become insurmountable. Dr. Santorufo works to address issues other providers are unable or unwilling to investigate further.
